About the Role
The Fulfillment Supervisor is a critical leadership position responsible for managing and providing direction to four team leads across our core operational areas: Data Processing & Billing, Fulfillment Operations, and Automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and provide clear direction to four team leads, ensuring they effectively manage their respective staff members.
- Maintain a proactive presence on the floor, actively moving between fulfillment, automation, and processing areas to monitor operations and support the team.
- Serve as the front-line point of contact for daily operational challenges, including medication recalls, complex patient/customer service issues, and workflow escalations.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address immediate operational needs.
- Oversee operational performance, ensuring that daily fulfillment processes, filling of prescriptions, and automation tasks are executed accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Pharmacy Technician certification.
- 3-5 years of pharmacy experience (Retail pharmacy experience preferred; hospital experience is a plus).
- Proven leadership and people management experience; ability to guide and motivate team leads and staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Schedule & Working Conditions
- Standard shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Expectation: As a leadership role, this position typically requires 45-50 hours per week.
- Weekend Rotation: Required to work one weekend every 8-10 weeks to oversee operations.
