Fulfillment Supervisor

About the role

The Zipline Operations team is looking for a Fulfillment Supervisor to support our fulfillment operations in the greater Phoenix area. The ideal candidate is a motivated and experienced individual who excels in fast-paced, physical environments and is excited to roll up their sleeves.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Fulfillment Operators across multiple sites.
• Set your team up for success to work safely and productively.
• Partner with Flight and Customer Operations to effectively support daily tasks and ensure high performance of your team.
• Own the day-to-day operations of one of our fulfillment operations, ensuring the site processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely.
• Own scheduling and manage a labor budget.
• Ensure your sites meet performance metric goals.
• Ensure your teams are providing our customers with the best possible experience on each and every order.
• Be responsible for maintaining key quality metrics including order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
• Use data to identify pain-points or areas of inefficiency within our current processes.
• Design, build and execute process improvement projects to improve our fulfillment operations, quality metrics, and the employee experience.

Requirements

• You're self-motivated, positive, and a team player.
• You have 2+ years’ experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Retail Management, Fulfillment, or related field.
• You are willing to operate in a fast-changing environment and make adjustments when necessary.
• You are able to be on your feet and handle warehouse duties including lifting up to 5 pounds (with or without accommodations).

Qualifications

• Must successfully pass a background check, drug test and E-Verification.
