Supervisor, Fulfillment

Summary:

We're looking for a hands-on operations leader to oversee fulfillment activities within our fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll lead fulfillment staff, support daily operations, and help drive efficiency, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across the department.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support daily fulfillment operations: including shipping, receiving, and order processing
  • Monitor operational performance: to ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery standards are achieved
  • Partner with department leadership: to execute operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback: to fulfillment team members
  • Manage scheduling, attendance tracking, reporting, and administrative responsibilities:
  • Communicate operational updates, staffing needs, and workflow challenges: to leadership teams
  • Resolve day-to-day operational issues: while maintaining workflow efficiency
  • Ensure compliance: with safety procedures, OSHA regulations, QMS standards, and company policies
  • Support a positive, safe, and team-oriented work environment:

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, supply chain, or distribution operations
  • Previous Supervisory or Leadership Experience Preferred
  • Working knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment equipment, and warehouse management systems
  • Strong Microsoft Office and systems proficiency
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Continuous Improvement or ISO/OSHA Experience Preferred
