About the Role

Millennium Print Group (MPG), a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead warehouse operations and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. Based in Mebane, NC, this onsite role offers the opportunity to make an impact through leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
• Partner with leadership to execute operational goals and performance metrics
• Monitor workflows, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery standards
• Coach and develop team members, including performance management
• Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and administrative responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations

What You'll Bring

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution operations
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
