About the role

The Supervisor, Food & Nutrition Services oversees the daily operations of food production, service, sanitation, and inventory functions of an assigned area to ensure safe, accurate, and high-quality nutrition service for patients, staff, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of food production, service, sanitation, and inventory functions of an assigned area.
• Ensure compliance with established recipes, diet orders, and department procedures.
• Maintain regulatory and food-safety compliance.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipes, diet orders, and work assignments.
• Valid NC driver's license and adherence to the ECU Health Corporate Driving Policy required only for positions with meal-transport / delivery duties.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• ServSafe Food Protection certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends/holidays/inclement weather.
• Rotating shifts: Monday-Friday, either 5am-2pm or 11am-8pm.

Benefits

Full-time with benefits - 40 hours per week.

Pay

$19.50 - $28.42 per hour.
