Job summary

Supervises and coordinates activities for daily food service operations throughout FANS. A primary focus to ensure timely and accurate meal services for Patient Services and Cafeteria and compliance with HACCP/Sanitation Standards. Certifications

  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential preferred
  • Serv-Safe Certification recommended or within 90 days of hire
