About the role

Responsibilities
- Schedules and coordinates daily food service operations throughout FANS
- Ensures timely and accurate meal services for Patient Services and Cafeteria
- Complies with HACCP/Sanitation Standards
- Schedules, evaluates employee performance, and directly supervises employees
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of two to three years’ experience in food services or hospitality
- Preferred basic computer skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Credential: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential preferred
- Serv-Safe Certification recommended or within 90 days of hire
