About the role

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates daily food service operations throughout FANS
• Ensures timely and accurate meal services for Patient Services and Cafeteria
• Complies with HACCP/Sanitation Standards
• Schedules, evaluates employee performance, and directly supervises employees

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of two to three years’ experience in food services or hospitality
• Preferred basic computer skills
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• Credential: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential preferred
• Serv-Safe Certification recommended or within 90 days of hire
