Supervisor Finance (Client Billing)

About the role

You will supervise the performance of direct reports, ensuring high levels of quality, productivity, and the meeting/exceeding of standard deadlines. You will support the daily activities of the divisional finance department, assign duties, examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures, and work with Account Management on special financial requirements. You will be responsible for completing client reconciliations for new or existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly/on-going billing and reporting to external clients
• Support the finance management team in maximizing efficiency and accuracy of billing to increase EBITDA and cash flow
• Support the implementation of reporting enhancements in client billing and reporting processes
• Achieve team goals annually and monitor quarterly to ensure achievement
• Coach and mentor staff
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and review/discuss progress quarterly

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting / finance, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in accounting / finance
• Proficiency with ERP, word processing, and spreadsheets
• Proficiency in SAP, ADS / Global MAX, and Microsoft Word, Excel
