Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Organizes personnel assignments and training to meet daily customer production schedules while maintaining safety and quality requirements
- Perform daily employee performance & attendance management actions
- Aid in developing and orientating new team members
- Drive and lead organizational strategic imperatives and initiatives
- Implement improvement ideas by leveraging team members feedback and suggestions on opportunities
- Communicate relevant business information, company policies, and business updates to team members
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and organizational stakeholders

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Required or equivalent combination of education and experience; 1yr experience may substitute for 1yr of degree
- Working knowledge of behavioral based safety
