Description

Lead field operations on ground-up and renovation construction projects
Manage subcontractors, site safety, quality control, and project schedules
Coordinate daily with project management teams, clients, and vendors
Utilize Procore and OutBuild to manage project execution
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within quality expectations

Profile

Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
Tilt-wall construction experience required
Experience with data centers, telecommunications, industrial, or technology projects preferred
Strong leadership and scheduling capabilities
Procore experience preferred
