Job Description

• Field Leadership & Project Execution

• Oversee all onsite construction activities from mobilization through completion.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
• Drive schedule performance and maintain project milestones.

• Scheduling & Coordination

• Develop and maintain short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Cookordinate subcontractor activities and trade sequencing.
• Identify and resolve potential project delays and conflicts.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure project goals are achieved.

• Quality Assurance & Control

• Conduct regular inspections to verify quality workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.
• Manage punch list activities and project closeout procedures.
• Promote a culture of craftsmanship and accountability.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience

• 5-15+ years of commercial construction field experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with one or more of the following:
• Healthcare facilities
• Municipal projects
• Institutional construction
• Commercial renovations
• Occupied-space renovations
• Ground-up commercial construction

• Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
• Total Compensation: $105,000 - $140,000+
• Bonus: Performance-based incentives
