Superintendent - Commercial Ground-Up Contractor

Qualifications

• A four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations is preferred, though not required.

• At least five years of experience in construction, with previous experience as a Superintendent.

• The ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously, organize necessary resources, and meet tight deadlines.

• A proactive approach and a willingness to take initiative.

• Fostering positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
