About the role

Positions filled for 2026. Interviews in Spring Quarter. Looking for students who are detail-oriented, friendly, responsible, and able to maintain professional standards as part of a customer service team. Previous A/V experience a plus.

  • Opportunities for advancement into leadership and management positions (Facility Services Managers)

Responsibilities

  • Set up for events, operate audio/visual equipment, deliver conference materials, and provide excellent customer service
  • Candidates must be comfortable moving and setting up tables, chairs, tents, large boxes, etc.
  • Training sessions in mid-May
  • June - approximately the week after Labor Day weekend

Requirements

  • Valid US driver's license required
  • Must be comfortable driving large vehicles (SUV, 8-passenger van, etc.)
  • May 16, 2026: Must be able to participate in half-day onboarding
  • May 17 - June 7, 2026, exact dates TBD: Must be available for two training sessions
  • June 15 - 19, 2026: Must be able to participate in a mandatory training week, ~40 hours of training, 9 am-6 pm daily
  • June 20 - 21, 2026: Must be available to work the opening weekend
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
  • Must be available to attend weekly staff meetings on Wednesday evenings

Pay

$17.15/hr (2026 rate) 20-35 hrs/week. 6-8 positions available.
