About the role

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i seeks a Guest Services Attendant who embodies a passion for excellence and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the hotel’s guest experience by greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their rooms
• Deliver luggage to guest rooms at check-in and retrieve luggage upon departure
• Maintain accurate records of all luggage deliveries and pick-ups
• Proactively offer assistance to guests passing through the lobby
• Handle guest interactions with professionalism and genuine hospitality
• Accommodate special requests and assist in resolving guest concerns
• Provide safe, comfortable transportation for guests using hotel vehicles
• Ensure assigned vehicle is clean, in good working condition, and fully stocked with required amenities

Requirements

Work authorization required. Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States. The role operates seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, with scheduled days and times varying based on need. Holidays and weekends are required. A Tuberculous (TB) clearance card is mandatory, as is a Hawaii Driver’s License and Abstract. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 100 lbs, and perform tasks requiring pushing and pulling.

Qualifications

Successful candidates should bring a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in customer service and a positive attitude are essential.

Pay

Hourly Rate: $21.72

Schedule

Seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
