Substance Use Counselor - Weekdays

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling for substance use disorders
• Conduct assessments, screenings, referrals, and develop treatment plans
• Deliver case management and coordinate community support services
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support clients in achieving recovery, stability, and personal goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
• Engage in clinical supervision, training, and professional development

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
• Associate’s degree in human services or related field; bachelor’s preferred
• Knowledge of addiction, recovery, counseling, and case management principles
• Experience with justice-involved populations is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
