Substance Use Counselor - Full-Time, Weekdays

Role: Substance Use Disorder Counselor

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling
• Conduct assessments, screenings, referrals, and treatment planning
• Deliver case management
• Coordinate community support services
• Maintain clinical documentation
• Support clients in recovery and stability
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in supervision, training, and professional development
• Support clients' recovery goals
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Work collaboratively with community partners
• Engage in ongoing training and supervision to enhance professional growth

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
• Associate's degree in human services or related field (bachelor's preferred)
• Knowledge of addiction, recovery, counseling, and case management principles
• Experience with justice-involved populations is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
