About the role
We are seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to provide individual and group counseling services, conduct assessments, screenings, referrals, and develop treatment plans. The role involves case management, coordinating community support, and maintaining accurate documentation. The counselor will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in clinical supervision and training.

Requirements
- Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
- Associate’s degree in human services or related field (bachelor’s preferred)
- Knowledge of addiction, recovery, and case management principles
- Experience with justice-involved populations is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
