About the role
We are seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to provide individual and group counseling services, conduct assessments, screenings, and treatment planning. Responsibilities include case management, coordinating community support, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
Requirements
- Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
- Associate’s degree in a human services or related field (bachelor’s preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with addiction and recovery
- Experience working with justice-involved populations
