About the role

The role of Substance Use Disorder Counselor involves providing individual and group counseling, conducting assessments, screenings, and treatment planning to support clients' recovery journeys. Responsibilities include case management, coordinating community support services, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.

Requirements

• Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
• At least an associate's degree in a human services or related field (bachelor's preferred)
• Knowledge of addiction, recovery, counseling, and case management principles
• Experience with justice-involved populations is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
