About the role
The Subcontract Administrator is responsible for the administration of high risk/high complexity subcontracts from start to finish. They monitor subcontractor performance for conformance to the subcontract and serve as a subject matter expert for sub-contractual matters.
Responsibilities
- Maintain CPSR compliant subcontract files
- Prepare and present briefings to Programs and Management on subcontracting matters
- Lead and coordinate subcontracting activities with various internal and external sources
- Drive Zero Defect initiatives with subcontractors
- Review subcontractor submitted documents for compliance with industry and government contract requirements
- Resolve invoice issues and monitor performance relative to timeliness, cost considerations, and technical objectives
- Generate, negotiate, and execute major subcontracts/purchases
- Assess, prioritize, and drive issues to closure
Requirements
- Familiarity with defense aerospace industry & regulations
- Strong working experience generating, negotiating and executing major subcontracts/purchases
- Demonstrated ability to resolve contractual conflicts with subcontractors through negotiations and contractual vehicles

Qualifications
- Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Oracle purchasing system
- Secret clearance or secret eligible
- Cost Analysis experience
- Graduate Degree in a related field
- Professional Supply Chain Certification: C.P.M., C.P.S.M., P.M.P

Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $82779 - $140723
