Subcontract Admin SR
About the role
The Subcontract Administrator is responsible for the administration of high risk/high complexity subcontracts from start to finish. They monitor subcontractor performance for conformance to the subcontract and serve as a subject matter expert for sub-contractual matters within a cross-functional program team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain CPSR compliant subcontract files
- Prepare and present briefings to Programs and Management on subcontracting matters
- Lead and coordinate subcontracting activities with various internal and external sources
- Drive Zero Defect initiatives with subcontractors
- Resolve invoice issues and monitor performance relative to timeliness, cost considerations, and technical objectives
- Prepare Cost Analysis and/or Price Analysis, negotiation memos, written reports, letters, and memoranda required for internal and external distribution
- Consult with company staff representing the Legal, Technical, Financial, and Managerial interests of the subcontract award and technical performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of work experience or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with defense aerospace industry & regulations
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations policies and procedures, FAR/DFAR
- Strong working experience generating, negotiating, and executing major subcontracts/purchases
- Demonstrated ability to resolve contractual conflicts with subcontractors through negotiations and contractual vehicles

Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $82779 - $140723
