About the role
The Subcontract Administrator Sr plays a crucial role in managing subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and facilitating smooth project execution.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of subcontract agreements, including contract management and negotiation.
- Ensure all subcontractors adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve disputes and negotiate settlements between subcontractors and the company.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of subcontractor performance and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure clear understanding and adherence to project goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration or similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations applicable to construction contracts.
- Experience with contract management software.
