Sr. Subcontract Administrator

About the role

The Senior Subcontracts Administrator (SCA) will oversee the entire lifecycle of subcontracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies, FAR, and DFARS. They will prepare RFPs, lead negotiations, maintain detailed documentation, and manage complex subcontracts across various phases of program execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead negotiations for RFPs and subcontracts
• Maintain meticulous documentation for all procurement actions
• Issue and maintain complex subcontracts of various types
• Collaborate with program stakeholders to align subcontract requirements with program milestones
• Interface with suppliers to ensure conformance to subcontract requirements
• Support critical government and commercial proposals
• Manage material sales receipts and approve invoices
• Support internal and external audits
• Collaborate with subcontract program managers to ensure supplier performance success

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated working knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations
• Experience leading and managing entire procurement flow
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management or related discipline, 4+ years of directly related work experience, preferably in a government-contracting environment

Pay Information

• Full-Time Salary Range: $90,304 - $153,517
• Based on market pay structures, individual salaries determined by business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications
