This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Prequalify suppliers and contractors for project engagements
- Negotiate terms and conditions of subcontracts and sourcing agreements
- Develop and issue non-disclosure agreements and strategic sourcing agreements
- Track and manage subcontract funding in relation to project progress
- Conduct commercial bid analysis and make award recommendations
- Monitor subcontractor performance and facilitate meetings to address issues
- Maintain subcontract records as per company policy
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, especially in subcontract administration
- Experience in EPC environments and industries like petrochemical, pulp and paper, power, and manufacturing
- Proficient in contract terms, conditions, and commercial contract language
- Strong understanding of contract law and the UCC
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and Microsoft Office Suite
Pay
$110,000 – $130,000 annually
