Subcontract Admin II
About the role
Solicits/reviews supplier proposals, develops evaluation criteria, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, develops subcontract packages for review, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Statuses and manages supplier deliveries, coordinates material receipts and manages resolution of issues related to contractual requirements and resolves invoice issues. Develops subcontracts and subcontract files, coordinates work requirements with the Product team, and defines terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, services.

- Resolves invoice issues
- Develops subcontracts and subcontract files
- Captures and coordinates work requirements with the Product team
- Defines terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, services
- Participates in Zero Defect initiatives with suppliers
Requirements

- Familiarity with Oracle purchasing system
- Technical Background (Ability to read drawings)
- Familiarity with a large, complex multifaceted electronics design & manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with defense aerospace industry & regulations and the understanding of the role of procurement in complex industries
- Experience with subcontract administration or procurement related activity
- Familiarity of FAR and DFAR regulations and of ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulation) and EAR (Export Administration Regulation)
- Understanding of subcontractor solicitations and bid analysis/process
- Secret clearance required or secret eligible
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $67406 - $114590
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
