Studio Manager/Sales & Operations

Women of Strength is a private women’s strength training studio in Keller, Texas, specializing in personalized, semi-private strength training, nutrition education, accountability, and long-term lifestyle change. We primarily serve women who want a supportive, results-driven environment where they can become stronger, healthier, and more confident. The Studio Manager – Sales & Operations is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for helping oversee the day-to-day success of Women of Strength. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, confident in sales, comfortable leading a team, and able to take ownership without needing constant direction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospective client consultations and close membership sales
• Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Oversee daily studio operations and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Help manage staff scheduling and training coverage
• Lead, support, and hold team members accountable
• Monitor member experience, retention, attendance, and engagement
• Assist with client concerns and resolve operational issues
• Coach semi-private strength training sessions as needed
• Help maintain a clean, professional, organized, and welcoming studio
• Work closely with ownership to achieve membership, revenue, retention, and operational goals
• Take initiative and identify what needs to be done without waiting to be directed

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness, personal training, fitness sales, studio management, or a related field
• Strong sales ability and confidence conducting consultations and asking for the sale
• Leadership or management experience strongly preferred
• Personal training certification such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead a small team and provide accountability when needed
• Self-motivated, proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership
• Comfortable working with women of varying ages, fitness levels, and training experience
• Ability to work on-site during peak studio hours, including some early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays as needed
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain
