Duties & Responsibilities

  • Execute the full sales cycle — lead generation, follow-up, and close
  • Attend grassroots marketing and community networking events
  • Schedule prospects into introductory classes and conduct studio tours
  • Manage memberships and leads in the ClubReady CRM platform
  • Drive retail sales and process accurate cash and card transactions
  • Book quality appointments to hit monthly membership quotas
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate studio leads
  • Review, implement, and communicate corporate sales SOPs and weekly scripts
  • Participate in special events: health fairs, grand openings, community events
  • Be present on the studio floor during all class times
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire studio and retail area
  • Enforce studio policies and uphold the brand standard
  • Provide outstanding customer service and retain current members
  • Input retail inventory and take photos for social media platforms
  • Other duties as assigned by the studio owner

Requirements

  • 2+ years of fitness or relevant sales experience preferred
  • Previous management or supervisory experience required
  • Confident in generating personal sales and exceeding targets
  • Able to train and develop a sales team
  • Skilled in managing memberships and retail revenue streams
  • Solution-oriented, competitive, and results-driven mindset
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong communication skills: in-person, phone, and email
  • Proficient in CRM and point-of-sale software (ClubReady preferred)
  • Trustworthy with confidential information
  • Genuine passion for fitness and wellness
  • Authorized to work in the United States

A Note on Hours & Growth

This role starts at 25–30 hours per week, with scheduling built around studio class times. Based on performance, the position is expected to grow to full-time (40 hrs/week) within 4–6 months — along with expanded leadership responsibility and compensation.

Pay

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
