Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute the full sales cycle — lead generation, follow-up, and close
- Attend grassroots marketing and community networking events
- Schedule prospects into introductory classes and conduct studio tours
- Manage memberships and leads in the ClubReady CRM platform
- Drive retail sales and process accurate cash and card transactions
- Book quality appointments to hit monthly membership quotas
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate studio leads
- Review, implement, and communicate corporate sales SOPs and weekly scripts
- Participate in special events: health fairs, grand openings, community events
- Be present on the studio floor during all class times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire studio and retail area
- Enforce studio policies and uphold the brand standard
- Provide outstanding customer service and retain current members
- Input retail inventory and take photos for social media platforms
- Other duties as assigned by the studio owner
Requirements
- 2+ years of fitness or relevant sales experience preferred
- Previous management or supervisory experience required
- Confident in generating personal sales and exceeding targets
- Able to train and develop a sales team
- Skilled in managing memberships and retail revenue streams
- Solution-oriented, competitive, and results-driven mindset
- Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong communication skills: in-person, phone, and email
- Proficient in CRM and point-of-sale software (ClubReady preferred)
- Trustworthy with confidential information
- Genuine passion for fitness and wellness

A Note on Hours & Growth
This role starts at 25–30 hours per week, with scheduling built around studio class times. Based on performance, the position is expected to grow to full-time (40 hrs/week) within 4–6 months — along with expanded leadership responsibility and compensation.
Pay
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
