Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day studio operations and ensure the studio runs smoothly
- Drive membership sales, promotions, and overall studio performance
- Coach, train, and support team members to meet sales and service expectations
- Create a positive and welcoming experience for members, guests, and staff
- Handle member questions, concerns, and account needs professionally
- Maintain studio cleanliness, inventory, organization, and presentation
- Review sales reports, KPIs, and studio performance trends
- Support scheduling, onboarding, training, and team accountability
- Partner with leadership on events, promotions, and community engagement
Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience preferred.
- Experience in the health and wellness industry.
- Sales, retail, fitness, hospitality, or membership-based experience required.
- Previous Orangetheory Fitness or health and wellness experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Positive, energetic, and passionate about health and fitness.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends based on studio needs.
Pay & Benefits
- Salary range: $48,000–$60,000 per year
