Studio Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Open and organize the studio daily
  • Support the team in setting daily goals and maintaining a positive environment
  • Offer coaching and check-in on team performance
  • Solve problems as needed
  • Onboard and train new Sales Associates
  • Lead the team and ensure smooth operations when the Studio Manager is off-site

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role
  • Prior experience supervising or supporting a team
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Pay

Competitive pay structure: Base pay plus performance-based commissions.

Schedule

Clear advancement path: Step into leadership with a direct track to Studio Manager, and from there, grow into a Regional Manager role with earning potential of $80,000+.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role is preferred
  • Prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for health, fitness, or wellness!
  • A minimum prerequisite to SZM: Personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work

Skills

  • Patience and empathy to support team members
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of health, fitness, or wellness principles
  • Ability to work with the stretch reflex using the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM)
