Studio Coordinator (Temporary)
About the role
This is a dynamic role where no two days are exactly the same. You'll support a variety of operational, administrative, and people-focused initiatives in a mission-driven, creative environment. Working closely with studio leadership and our Seattle-based Operations team, you'll play a key role in helping to create an exceptional experience for staff and guests.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to studio leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, timesheets, and expense reports.
- Aid project teams with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, schedule coordination, and video conferencing setup.
- Ensure shared spaces and kitchen are organized, well-stocked, and welcoming.
- Coordinate and order snacks, beverages, supplies, and lunches for team meetings and special events to support daily operations and employee experience.
- Serve as the first point of contact for staff and guests by creating a professional and welcoming environment.
- Greet visitors, answer and direct emails and phone calls, and support day-to-day studio operations.
- Oversee mail, shipping, and receiving for the office.
- Provide onsite IT support for basic troubleshooting needs, such as resolving docking station issues, connectivity problems, and other day-to-day hardware or equipment concerns, in coordination with the remote IT team.
- Cook up client meetings, presentations, and studio events.
- Manage facilities-related issues and serve as the primary liaison with building management.
- Assist with marketing and operations initiatives, including project data collection, contact management, event coordination, and compiling content for pursuit materials, brochures, and award submissions.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities while following through on commitments.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Resourceful, proactive, and service-oriented, with a willingness to take initiative and support a wide range of operational and administrative needs.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneDrive, Google Drive, Zoom, and Miro proficiency.

Benefits
The expected range of compensation for this role is $29-$35 per hour. Pay ranges differ by location.

Schedule
This is an onsite in-office position, Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, expected to last for approximately 4.5 months starting in mid-September.
