Responsibilities
- Cook up incoming sales contracts process with internal departments: sales, accounting, purchasing and construction
- Communicate with internal and external parties such as sales consultants, sales management and MCI Mortgage and other departments
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness of all home buyer documentation, including but not limited to sales contracts, contract change orders, after contract change orders, terminations/cancelations, amendments, deposits/payments and refunds
- Aid and guide Sales Consultants regarding corrections and verbiage needed for contracts, change orders and amendments
- Collaborate with construction and sales personnel to ensure all proper documentation is completed
- Prepare/verify final sales contracts to be sent out executed
- Prepare/maintain and distribute reports regarding contracts timing and change order status
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One-year related experience and/or training
- Experience in the home building industry is preferred but not required
- Proficient in DocuSign/PandaDoc & Word, ADOBE, Excel, Outlook), and other general computer applications required
- Experience in Salesforce preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, particularly with numbers and financial data required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and members of other departments
- Ability to multi-task and be self-directed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay
$25.00 - $27.00 hourly
