What You Will Be Doing
- Answering parent inquiries through phone, email, and text with timely, precise information delivered in Novatio's voice
- Reaching out to new leads within 24 hours to arrange experience days and confirm participation in upcoming events
- Keeping student and family records accurate and up-to-date in HubSpot, the SIS, and associated systems
- Creating and optimizing templates and automated communication workflows to maintain efficiency and brand consistency
- Generating attendance and compliance reports by collaborating with teachers and utilizing new digital platforms
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Processing repetitive manual forms that should be automated
- Operating from a traditional office setting or adhering to fixed on-site schedules
- Pursuing signatures or navigating slow approval processes that delay parent service
- Remaining limited to routine duties without room for strategic contribution
