Responsibilities
- Addressing parent inquiries through email, phone, and text, delivering timely and accurate information aligned with Novatio's standards
- Reaching out to new leads within 24 hours, arranging experience days, and confirming participation in scheduled events
- Ensuring accurate and complete student and family records in HubSpot, the SIS, and associated systems
- Creating and optimizing templates and automated processes to maintain consistent, efficient communication
- Generating attendance and compliance reports through collaboration with teachers and adoption of new digital solutions
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Handling repetitive manual forms that can be streamlined through automation
- Operating from a conventional front desk or adhering to fixed in-office schedules
- Pursuing signatures or navigating lengthy approval processes that delay family support
- Remaining limited to routine duties without room for strategic development
Basic Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working in a school environment
- Prior experience using Student Information Systems (SIS)
- At least 1 year of outbound calling or phone-based support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Texas resident due to occasional in-person support needs

Working with us
