Essential duties and Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and students, provide information or assistance
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Aid with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Prepare, proofread, and organize documents and correspondence
- Aid in planning and logistics for meetings, workshops, or events
- Maintain and update program files, databases, and online resources
- Aid with basic website updates and development
- Provide customer service to students, staff, and external partners
- Collect and organize data for reporting
- Aid with special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Detail-oriented, reliable and professional
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Willingness to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including some evenings
- Adhere to all policies as outlined in the Student Handbook
