Administrative Assistants
Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide test proctoring services in the College's Testing Centers.
Job Duties
- Aid with check-in/check-out procedures for examinees.
- Maintain oversight of examinees during testing.
- Preserve test security by ensuring confidentiality, integrity of test materials, and adherence to test procedures.
- Lift and transport test materials between Testing Centers.
- Perform light clerical tasks such as answering phones, copying, filing, etc.
- Fulfill written and verbal instructions.
- Conduct other duties as directed.
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- An associate's degree.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in current PC software applications.
- Effective interpersonal skills for building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Pay Rate
$14.00 per hour.
Availability/Closing Date

Work Hours
Part-time. Hours may vary based on need. Must be available to work the Testing Center's operational hours, which may include occasional Saturdays and/or evenings.
Work Location
Must be flexible to work at other locations as needed.
