Responsibilities
- Apply expertise in B2B sales reinvention to define and enable front office growth strategies that help insurance clients achieve top line growth objectives, focusing on sales force effectiveness, CRM, incentive compensation management, and B2B channel / distribution.
- Deliver on engagements in areas such as thought leadership, sales origination, and delivery execution.
- Support the development of strategic recommendations and decisions for critical experiences, products, or services of the organization.
- Manage and coach junior team members while continuing to grow your own expertise to maintain Accenture’s thought leadership position.
- Implement business changes that drive industry-specific, functional, and digital operating model transformation.
- Manage implementation engagements, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, deliverables, and risk assessment, with heavy client engagement and large delivery teams.
- Originate, qualify, and close new opportunities for Accenture with our Insurance clients, spanning B2B sales reinvention, CRM and sales effectiveness, incentive compensation management, go-to-market strategies, lead management, and sales operating model design.
- Drive pipeline opportunities from initial idea to contract to implementation, leveraging the best capabilities and offerings across Accenture (Song, Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Operations).
- Manage performance and profitability of sold deals, and identify opportunities for extension, cross-sell, or up-sell.
Requirements
- 5+ years of insurance industry experience, leading transformations specifically in a B2B sales, operations, or consulting role.
- A robust understanding of the insurance industry, along with familiarity with topic areas such as B2B sales reinvention, CRM and sales effectiveness, incentive compensation management, go-to-market strategies, lead management, and sales operating model design.
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, with broad experience in engagement management, business development, and leading complex programs / transformations.
- 3+ years of experience with supporting the development of strategic recommendations (or decisions) for critical experiences, products, or services of the organization, and/or managing a P&L or a pipeline of business development opportunities, and/or providing enterprise level business or technology advisory all the way to various executives (AVP / VP / SVP or c-suite level).
Qualifications
- Passionate about helping clients solve complex growth and customer experience challenges, and supporting them through strategic transformations.
- Knowledgeable about the nuances of the insurance industry and B2B sales organizations, ready to apply your knowledge to help clients optimize and transform their sales force effectiveness, CRM platforms, and incentive compensation programs.
- Experienced with managing executive level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, while managing junior team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Energized by working in an agile, fast-paced environment and are at your best when collaborating with a team.
- Familiar with the selling processes and have pitched proposals and solutions to help solve client challenges.
Skills
- Strong client relationship development and client management skills.
- Experience delivering CRM, incentive compensation management, sales force effectiveness, or B2B sales transformation implementations.
- Experience working with onshore and offshore delivery teams.
- Existing network of relationships within the Insurance industry at decision making levels (MD, VP or up).
- Familiarity with AI, GenAI, or other emerging technologies.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
Pay
Annual Salary Range: $87,400 to $253,000
