Responsibilities
- Own and enhance the reporting infrastructure critical for sales decision-making
- Generate actionable insights from sales data, translating complexities into understandable narratives
- Support the comprehensive sales planning process including capacity modeling and GTM strategy
- Drive forecasting operations by analyzing data to improve accuracy and identify opportunities
- Leverage AI tools to automate reporting and enhance analytical efficiency
- Convert high-priority, ambiguous sales requests into structured action plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on metrics and strategic priorities
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or related analytical roles within high-growth SaaS or tech companies
- Strong understanding of sales organization mechanics, including pipeline management and forecasting methodologies
- Proficient in building analytical models and scrutinizing complex data
- Fluent in using AI tools and methodologies as part of daily operations
- Excellent communication skills, translating data insights into compelling narratives for leadership
- Builder mindset, energized by creating and improving processes and structures
- Comfortable navigating and thriving in ambiguous situations
