Overview

The Strategic Projects Delivery Manager is responsible for defining HGA's digital project delivery strategies and practices embedded in the roadmap. The role involves enhancing project outcomes through the effective use of BIM, design technology, data, and digital delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead project delivery strategies, standards, and workflows across projects and disciplines.
• Partner with project teams to optimize project delivery processes, technology utilization, and project outcomes.
• Provide guidance and oversight for complex project delivery challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project delivery workplans, staffing assignments, and resource allocation strategies.
• Influence resource needs and coordinate internal and external resources to support project and business objectives.
• Ensure effective operational execution through workload management, prioritization, and service delivery oversight.
• Lead initiatives that improve project delivery workflows, standards, technology utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Research emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance project delivery capabilities.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the project delivery team.
• Collaborate with project teams, practice leaders, Digital Practice Group leadership, and IT to develop and implement project delivery solutions.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management and delivery.
• Strong understanding of BIM, design technology, data, and digital delivery processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of project delivery professionals.
• Experience with technology implementation and resource planning.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
