Strategic Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global brand and marketing strategy to increase awareness, market share, and profitability.
- Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and cross-department collaboration.
- Drive consumer insights, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform business strategy and innovation.
- Oversee brand architecture, messaging, and positioning to ensure consistency across all divisions and geographies.
- Manage external agency relationships and direct all major advertising, digital, and promotional initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations leaders to align marketing strategies with revenue and growth goals.
- Oversee sponsorships, motorsports partnerships, and event activations to strengthen VP’s industry leadership.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for brand performance, campaign ROI, and long-term brand equity.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure disciplined use of resources for maximum business impact.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills.
- In addition, strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is critical for success in the role, as are high levels of accuracy, timeliness and dependability.
- We are looking for someone who can establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization, work effectively with all levels of employees and management, and assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within consumer goods, automotive, or performance brands
- AND/OR any combination of education and experience that results in the applicable skills, knowledge, and abilities.
- Proven success developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across departments.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Experience managing agencies, budgets, and large-scale marketing projects.
