Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, recruiting, workforce development, community engagement, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen FINFROCK's market position and visibility within the construction and development industries.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to establish marketing priorities and communication strategies.
  • Serve as the lead writer and editor for high-profile marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels.
  • Develop and execute public relations strategies that increase brand visibility.
  • Represent FINFROCK at industry events, association meetings, and community organizations.
  • Help strengthen FINFROCK's reputation as an employer of choice and trusted industry leader.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience leading marketing projects, campaigns, and teams.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
