Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading Rangen Group’s marketing strategy, brand development, and demand generation efforts across its livestock, pet, and aquaculture businesses.

This role transforms technical and nutrition-focused information into compelling customer-facing messaging that supports sales growth, strengthens brand awareness, and drives customer engagement.

Working closely with leadership, sales, and product development teams, the Marketing Manager develops and executes integrated marketing initiatives, digital strategies, content, and events while helping build and scale Rangen’s marketing capabilities as the company grows.

Requirements

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning:
    • Turn complex nutrition science into compelling, customer-ready stories.
    • Shape and strengthen the Rangen brand as we continue to grow and evolve.
    • Identify emerging trends and turn insights into action.
  • Demand Generation & Digital Marketing:
    • Build marketing campaigns that drive demand—not just impressions.
    • Lead our website, digital presence, and lead generation strategy.
  • Content & Customer Engagement:
    • Create meaningful content across digital, technical, and sales channels.
    • Develop and execute trade show, event, and sponsorship strategies that increase customer engagement, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our market position.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
    • Partner closely with leadership, sales, and R&D to drive market success.
  • Team Development:
    • Build, develop, and scale the marketing team as the organization grows.
