What you’ll do
- Our Customer Engagement Model: Lead with the customer at the forefront of everything you do, and consider selling to be a strategic partnership. Provide value by helping our customer bridge gaps in their business, and reach their goals through technology.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Make cold calls and meet face-to-face with existing customers. Collaborate with executives from the world’s most innovative tech companies to deliver fresh and bold new solutions. Take care of your fellow team members, uphold excellent business acumen, manage your pipeline, and show true leadership when challenges arise.
- Powering Our Vision: Invest in your potential with training, education, and the resources available in the Softchoice community to help achieve the company-wide goal of growth.
What you’ll bring to the table
- 5+ years experience in a business-to-business sales environment, creating and executing a territory management plan. Bonus if in a relevant technology industry.
- Proven yourself as a tenacious sales person, pursuing net new clients, developing business and networking with passion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High-level commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building.
- Understanding of solution selling and creating value for business clients.
- Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- A driven, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work individually and in a team environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $120,000 annually + 60% as target incentives. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
