- Cultivate Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster consultative partnerships for the long term.
- Identify Sales Opportunities: Analyze customer business needs, vertical, and technical challenges to uncover sales opportunities.
- Grow Book of Business: Oversee a portfolio of existing customers, uncover new sales opportunities, increase product adoption and revenue contribution to Bluehost.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process for Bluehost services, from prospecting and closing deals to post-sale account management.
- Achieve Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and monthly sales targets.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Provide effective solutions to customer problems within our support scope.
- Exhibit Strong Interpersonal Skills: Thrive in a high-volume, dynamic environment by multitasking, prioritizing, and demonstrating exceptional communication.
- Close Sales with Integrity: Apply robust sales skills to understand customer needs and close sales ethically.

- Full-Cycle Sales Experience: Experience managing opportunities from prospecting and qualification through close and ongoing account development.

- Exceptional Communication: Clear, persuasive, and professional in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, 6sense, or similar tools; experience with hosting, WordPress, domains, SaaS, or digital solutions is a plus.
- Problem Solver: Customer-focused with strong critical thinking skills and a passion for delivering solutions that help customers succeed.
