Strategic Account Manager - Nuclear Power Plants
The Strategic Account Manager for the South-Central territory is responsible for representing Curtiss-Wright Nuclear Division in key nuclear power plants, utility corporate offices, and A&Es involved in nuclear power plant projects. The primary goal is to improve plant efficiency, reliability, and long-term operation by developing strong relationships and aligning customer needs with Curtiss-Wright’s products and services.
About the Role
The role involves managing relationships with senior executives, engineers, maintenance personnel, and other decision-makers. It also requires working with Product Managers to develop tailored account strategies that maximize account value through cross-selling, upselling, and renewals. Regular assessments of client needs are essential to providing effective solutions and maintaining long-term partnerships.

- Work with Product Managers to develop and execute tailored account strategies.
- Align customer needs with Curtiss-Wright’s nuclear plant products and services.
- Proactively address customer concerns and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Affordability of travel within the geographic territory, requiring 60% to 70% travel.
Requirements
- Ability to gain unescorted nuclear power plant access.
- Experience in business development or sales related to the power generation industry.
- Knowledge of nuclear power plant design, operation, regulation, and maintenance practices.
- Understanding and communication of complex technical solutions to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Preferred degree in an Engineering discipline.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 annually, plus a bonus. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, and market and business considerations.
Schedule
The role requires regular travel within the geographic territory, approximately 60% to 70% travel.
