Strategic Account Manager - Nuclear Power Plants
The Strategic Account Manager for the South-Central territory is responsible for representing Curtiss-Wright Nuclear Division in key nuclear power plants, utility corporate offices, and engineering firms involved in nuclear projects. The primary goal is to enhance plant efficiency, reliability, and longevity by aligning customer needs with Curtiss-Wright’s nuclear plant products and services.
About the Role
The role involves developing strong relationships with senior executives, engineers, maintenance personnel, and other decision-makers. It also entails collaborating with Product Managers to tailor account strategies that maximize account value through cross-selling, upselling, and renewals. The Strategic Account Manager must regularly assess customer needs and provide solutions to address challenges, requiring frequent travel within the territory.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with senior executives, engineers, maintenance personnel, and other decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to develop and execute tailored account strategies.
- Proactively address customer concerns and ensure long-term partnerships.

Requirements
- Ability to gain unescorted nuclear power plant access.
- Experience in business development or sales related to the power generation industry.
- Knowledge of nuclear power plant design, operation, regulation, and maintenance practices.
- Understanding and communication of complex technical solutions to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prior degree in an Engineering discipline preferred.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 annually, with a potential bonus. The exact salary will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and market considerations.
Schedule
The role requires approximately 60% to 70% travel within the geographic territory.
