About the role
As a Stormwater Construction Foreman, you will lead stormwater infrastructure projects, including underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins. This role involves frequent regional travel (85% or more) with company-provided vehicle and lodging support.
Responsibilities
- Construct and repair critical stormwater infrastructure, including underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins.
- Operate advanced construction equipment such as skid loaders, excavators, dozers, and hand/power tools.
- Travel regionally during the week to project sites across the central states.
- Document field observations to support project success and continuous improvement.
- Uphold the highest safety standards on every project.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and staff effectively.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of underground wet utility construction experience.
- Experience with stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar, concrete finishing, underground piping, and detention/retention basins.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment (e.g., Skid Loader, Mini-Excavator).
- Frequent out-of-town regional travel (85% or more).
- Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform manual labor, lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and under inclement weather conditions.
- Must pass pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening (drug-free workplace).

Pay
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
Full-time, 40-55 hours per week.
