Stormwater Construction Foreman

About the role

We are seeking a Stormwater Construction Foreman (Heavy equipment/Concrete) to join our team. This position plays a key role in leading stormwater infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Construct and repair critical stormwater infrastructure
• Operate advanced construction equipment including skid loaders, mini-excavators, and other heavy machinery
• Travel and explore new locations while making a significant impact on various projects
• Document field observations to aid in project success and drive continuous improvement
• Prioritize safety on every project, adhering to the highest safety standards

Requirements

• 5-7 years of underground wet utility construction experience
• Prior experience with repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing, underground piping, and detention/retention basins
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as skid loaders, mini-excavators, and dozers
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and staff
• Ability to do frequent out-of-town regional travel (85% or more travel required)

Qualifications

• Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
• Able to perform manual labor, lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and under inclement weather conditions

• Technical expertise in stormwater utilities, water/wastewater, industrial, and commercial site construction
• Strong organizational and budget management skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities

Pay

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

Full-Time, 40-55 hours per week

Regional Travel

Required, typically 85% or more through company vehicle. We provide $68 per diem on out-of-town travel days.
