Responsibilities
- Construct and repair critical stormwater infrastructure
- Operate advanced construction equipment including skid loaders, mini-excavators, and dozers
- Manage budgets, timelines, and staff
- Travel frequently (85% or more) to various locations across the central states
- Document field observations to aid in project success and drive continuous improvement
- Prioritize safety on every project
Requirements
- 5-7 years of underground wet utility construction experience
- Prior experience with repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing, underground piping, and detention/retention basins
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as skid loader, mini-excavator, etc.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and staff
- Ability to do frequent out-of-town regional travel (85% or more travel required)
Qualifications
- Pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
- Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and a reliable method of transportation
- Able to perform manual labor, lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and under inclement weather conditions
Skills
- Technical expertise in stormwater utilities, water/wastewater, industrial, or commercial site construction
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule
Full-Time, 40-55 hours per week
Pay
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
