Qualifications
- Flexible with working hours, able to work all shifts, and able to travel throughout national coverage areas.
- Able to enter and exit structures, climb over and on top of structures, ascend/descend stairs, and balance/work off ladders up to 60'.
- Able and uninhibited of heights.
- Able to acquire a certification in Aerial Work Platforms and use of Hilti power actuated equipment.
- Operate aerial work platforms and work off/balance on fixed and swing scaffolding.
- Will be required to obtain any required industry licenses.
Skills
- Use hand and power tools to install bird deterrent products.
- Communicate and install a quality product.
- Maintain good customer relations.
- Communicate with customers about actions taken during service.
- Participate in group meetings to develop new and better ways to meet and exceed customers' needs.
- Identify and apply appropriate preventive steps.
- Train company colleagues in respect to bird and bat applications.
- Discuss unusual circumstances or problems with supervisor and/or sales representative.
- Participate in off-hours and weekend services when requested.
- Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions.

Schedule
