Store Monogrammer, Part Time Flex, Tampa - Pottery Barn Kids and Teen

Responsibilities

• Select items for personalization and match guest orders with high attention to detail.
• Ensure needle and threading matches guest specifications.
• Assess embroidered items for frayed threading and verify quality before guest pickup.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on embroidery machines.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience (specialty retail preferred, but not required).
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to operate an embroidery machine and adhere to safety practices and policies.
• Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
• Ability to operate a POS system.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.

Schedule

• Full-time associates must have open availability to meet business needs.
• Casual associates must work a minimum of two regularly-scheduled weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and one weekday shift (Monday-Thursday).
• Availability required for annual inventory and the entire holiday season (November and December).

Qualifications

High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
